3. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
4. Excellent collaboration skills to work within a team.
5. Handling customer service requests and inquiries.
6. High attention to detail. Organized.
7. Experience working with CRM systems and Live Bots
8. Navigate Microsoft and Google suite Products
9. Tech-savvy with a passion for learning new technology.
