QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales support, tech product support, or similar functions.

2. With a background in FINTECH (Financial Technology) and Financial Service Industry.

3. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

4. Excellent collaboration skills to work within a team.

5. Handling customer service requests and inquiries.

6. High attention to detail. Organized.

7. Experience working with CRM systems and Live Bots

8. Navigate Microsoft and Google suite Products
