Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accountant/Financial Analyst.
You will be responsible for managing monthly expenses, tracking them accurately, entering data into QuickBooks, maintaining up-to-date financial reports, managing employee and company taxes, and strategizing and implementing investments within and outside the company.
Professional Accountant/Financial Analyst who can help us keep our treasure chest in order and uncover new gems of opportunity.
Personal Laptop Required
Financial Management:
Managing and tracking monthly expenses, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Entering financial data into QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Reconciling accounts and ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded.
Generating and analyzing financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
Tax Management:
Ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and requirements.
Managing and filing employee and company taxes on time
Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Investment Strategy:
Collaborating with senior management to develop investment strategies aligned with company goals.
Researching investment opportunities and evaluating their potential risks and returns.
Implementing investment decisions and monitoring their performance over time.
