Essential Functions - Technical subject matter expert operating as an IT systems administrator performing in a hands-on role delivering effective HR systems administration, network maintenance, and supporting configuration management of the software and hardware systems - Ensure system accuracy and data integrity through technical audit checks, security maintenance, impact reviews, and creation, driving continuous improvement initiatives within HRIS processes, enhancing system efficiency and user satisfaction - Project manage specialized initiatives from conception to proactively manage HR technology-related risk in partnership with the information technology, risk and compliance, people, and finance teams, setting expectations that they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget - Manage ongoing internal and technical vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs are met and system updates are effectively managed - Initiate, analyze, plan, design, execute, monitor and control maintenance and upgrades to HRIS, ensuring appropriate testing, auditing, troubleshooting, configuration, and technical support meet company expectations, problems are resolved, and identified goals are met according to established scope, budget, timetables, etc - Participate in the strategic planning, implementation, analysis, and administration of HRIS systems to meet the short and long-term business goals and objectives - Contribute to the evaluation, selection, and implementation of HR technology solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and HR strategy, serving as liaison between HR, IT, finance, risk/compliance, and external vendors to ensure HR systems are effectively integrated with other business systems and that they deliver seamless user experiences, supports workflow, reporting, and business information needs - In collaboration with the information technology, risk and compliance, people, and finance teams, recommend, develop and implement HRIS policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Skills and Requirements - SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP experience required, with a strong preference for a global instance. SAP certification is a plus - Five+ (5+) years’ experience system administrator - HRIS or HR technology implementations - Three+ (3+) years in a supervisory position - Proficiency in project management, data analysis, HR metrics, and strong familiarity with US federal, state, local employment laws - PMP certification a plus - Extensive experience with HRIS systems analysis, design, and management required; preference for experience leading HRIS platform implementations and administration - B.A. in IT, business administration, HR, or related field preferred - Must be able to pass and maintain a criminal background check
