We're looking for an Social Media Marketing Specialist for an IT Consulting Company.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts.
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimise content performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay informed about platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work set-up: Remote

Working hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Brisbane Time)
