Sales Executive (Inbound/Outbound) required urgently for a leading UK based security company who provide specialist security services to private and corporate clients. Our brand, is a registered trademark and has made tremendous strides in delivering a high quality service. As a result, we are now operational in numerous countries including Canada, Australia, the UAE and the UK.
We are looking for someone to join our team as a dedicated sales person to deal with incoming enquiries and maximise work opportunities for our operatives. We have a dual phase sales process with all new team members starting at phase two in the hope to progress to phase one once the relevant skills and dedication have been demonstrated. On offer is a great salary and commission package.
With offices in various time zones, we are looking for someone who is very flexible with their availability. Furthermore, we have concluded that our sales are maximised when enquiries are responded to within 15 minutes and so we would ask that you endeavour to meet this timeframe. We recognise that this will not always be possible however, for a vast majority of UK enquiries it should be achievable.
A busy day would be responding to a number of enquiries from any one region however, some days there will be no enquiries. Because of this, you will be tasked with implementing a proactive sales plan targeting corporate clients.
There genuinely is scope for sizable commissions to be made for the right candidate.
A list of specific Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensuring that enquiries are responded to in a timely fashion.
Dealing with clients in an effective, efficient and polite way.
Submitting proposals using our online portal.
When necessary, dealing with operatives who will fulfil the clients requirements by way of providing the service.
Reporting back to the line manager with any queries, concerns or general feedback.
Candidate Criteria:
- Willing to learn a new and unusual area of expertise
- Relatively flexible in terms of time available
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Great customer care skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Need to be able to travel to the office in London but there might be requirements to travel internationally. This is however a hybrid position.
