Job description

Your missions

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Backend Developer to join our team in Bangkok. In this role, you will work with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to build and maintain server-side applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in server-side programming languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby, and a solid understanding of database management systems.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our design and development teams to develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs.
Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance server-side components that power our web applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components of web applications.
Troubleshoot and debug web applications, as well as identify and resolve any performance issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest back-end technologies and best practices and incorporate them into our development processes.
Participate in code and design reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in backend development.
Proficient in server-side programming languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby.
Understanding of database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with serverless architectures, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have:

Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with cloud-based development tools, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of mobile app development, using technologies like React Native or Flutter.
