Job description

Staff4Me is currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Korean Customer Service Representative. As a Korean Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Korean-speaking customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist our diverse customer base in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product and service-related questions or concerns.
  • Navigate and utilize internal systems and databases.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building positive relationships.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer records.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written).
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Korean language fluency must be on a business level
  • 6 months of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
