Staffing Solutions Sales Consultant

We are searching for an exceptional Staffing Sales Professional to support current customers and actively grow our business through new customer acquisition and expanding our footprint with existing customers. By prospecting, communicating value, developing long-term relationships and closing deals in your territory, your success will play an integral role in building our long-term customer experiences while achieving sales revenue goals.

How you’ll make a huge impact here - and in your career:

  • The Staffing Solutions Specialist will support Account Executives (AE) with account development and marketing activities to ensure that staff augmentation objectives are achieved/exceeded by providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist Sales with the creation of new staff augmentation business outside of the existing customer base.
  • Assist Sales with the maintenance of existing staff augmentation client accounts.
  • Maintain and develop an elevated level of knowledge of technology and the company's solution offerings.
  • Prepare RFX proposals and responses.
  • Report on all major accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Consult directly with customers and business partners to address resource requirements.
  • Conduct business in a manner that promotes effective partnership in all activities.


Skills and qualifications, you’ll bring:

  • 3 year's experience communicating and aiding in the development, maintenance, and service of enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of the IT Staff Augmentation industry.
  • Post-secondary education, a university degree, or related experience is helpful.
  • Strong customer service, verbal and written interpersonal skills.
  • Have shown multi-tasking abilities strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • You are upbeat, professional, and positive with excellent listening skills feeling empowered to take ownership of accounts and take whatever action is necessary to resolve account-related problems
