Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who is adept at

identifying new business opportunities and establishing valuable client relationships in the

Salesforce ecosystem and industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

onboarding new clients to Infrabyte, expanding our footprint in the staffing industry, and

continuously engaging with potential clients to secure new partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities in the Salesforce market.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Execute daily outreach to potential clients to introduce Infrabyte's Salesforce

staffing and implementation services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with

market needs.

  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business by delivering

exceptional service.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic

decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, ideally within the Salesforce

ecosystem or similar technology-focused environments.

  • A strong network of contacts and the ability to develop deep client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly dynamic environment
