Job Description
We are looking for experienced Shifting Care Coordinators to manage all aspects of the schedule for clients & caregivers. The ideal candidate will be responsive and flexible, ready to address caregiver concerns promptly and professionally.
Why is this role “Shifting Care Coordinator?”
This role is Full-time. 40 hours per week. For the first three to four weeks, you will be working a standard Monday-Friday shift as you undergo Care Coordination and Scheduler training. After those two weeks, you will receive a new shift schedule.
