The CPI Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) solutions that facilitate seamless integration across various systems. They are instrumental in enabling efficient data flow and communication between different applications, ensuring business processes run smoothly and without disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing CPI integration flows to connect SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Customizing standard SAP-delivered integration content to meet specific business requirements
  • Configuring and managing integration security, transport management, and monitoring
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver robust solutions
  • Implementing error handling and exception strategies to ensure data integrity and system stability
  • Performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to CPI integration
  • Documenting integration designs, configurations, and support processes
