Please note the preferred location is Swiftwater, however, this position can be remotely based. Just indicate if candidates will be remote (include home location) or able to come to Swiftwater when submitting .
The primary responsibility involves driving the end-to-end recruiting process for Industrial Operations positions. Activities include: Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with the business to understand hiring needs, Sourcing Candidates and Conducting Phone screens, Facilitating the interview process and assessment, providing recommendations to the hiring manager on selection of finalist candidates, Preparing and extending candidate offers, completing all pre-employment processes and following-up to ensure appropriate on-boarding procedures.
The Recruiter will focus on Research and Development positions at Merial. Responsible for partnering with the organizations they support along with the HRBP's. Ownership/Accountability for all openings in client family. Educate client groups on recruiting/staffing processes. Document/track recruiting activities in system. Coach managers on the selection process. Source, screen and interview candidates.
Skills:
Must be self-motivated, present well and be able to develop relationships with both managers and candidates. Ability to navigate through change and demonstrate flexibility as organizational needs shift. 5+ years of solid R&D recruiting experience. Must develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify talent.
Education:
Bachelor degree preferred with minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
