Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)	Job Title: BizTalk – Operation and Support Analyst Reports to: Technology Operations Manager Job Description BizTalk operations analyst/engineer to join the IT team to support EAI / Integration solution. Key Responsibilities Maintain environment uptime by monitoring BizTalk Server applications, exceptions and resolving BizTalk Server specific issues. Create new hosts, Add and configure adapters, create new SQL databases, add additional BizTalk servers as required for scale out, Create new BizTalk groups. Debug application errors, Manage load across the BizTalk Server group. Deploy new applications into the BizTalk Server environment using BTDF. Support new service solutions, new technologies, Systems, applications, hardware changes, configuration management, release management. Security administration, System administration, Network administration, Service monitoring and control, Directory services administration, Storage management, Job scheduling. Identify and apply innovative technologies to update the existing environment. Create and maintain documentation for Biztalk installations, changes and upgrades. Coordinate with vendors and support teams on problem resolution, design issues and upgrades. Perform troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner. Requirements 5+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of EAI / Integration. Rich experience in Microsoft Biztalk is mandatory. Experience in MuleSoft/Azure integration is a plus. Experience with different integration architecture including ETL, Secure File Transfer, API (SOAP and RESTful web services), Microservices, Enterprise Service Bus, Message Queue. Good knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework, C# .NET language, XSLT, MS SQL stored procedure. Experience in working on the cloud-based platform. Good knowledge of integration design patterns and service-oriented architecture. Experience in mentoring a team in working with various counterparts in different locations and time zones. Good knowledge of EDI, XML, JSON or different type of interface format. Good written and spoken English with strong communications and interpersonal skills. Process Improvement/Reverse engineering experience. Membership of relevant professional institution.
