Job Description

The position is based in Copdock, Ipswich and working with  justice, products and services.  

To provide 2nd line support customers using our applications. 

  • Deal directly with customers both electronically and on the phone 

  • Provide 2nd  level investigation support for customer queries and incidents 

  • Keep detailed records of customers interactions 

  • Monitor application system logs 

  • Execute allocated test scripts during the development of maintenance releases for software applications 

  • Support during the roll-out of applications 

  • Create User Guides 

  • User Training on site 

Qualifications

PERSONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 

  • Self-motivated and persistent with a desire to learn 

  • Enjoys helping people; 

  • Computer literate to a basic level; 

  • Demonstrate a logical and methodical approach; 

  • Good oral and written communication skills; 

  • Exhibit empathy and patience during interactions with customers; 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
