Your job as Hedgehog Sales Development representative is to fill the funnel with qualified leads. You will work in Hubspot building target account lists that match our ideal customer profile (ICP). You'll Seamless.ai to look up contacts at target accounts and import them into Hubspot. You'll then reach out to these prospects using email, social media or even calling. You will actively listen to their needs, develop a relationship, and schedule a discovery call with the Hedgehog team. You will prepare the Hedgehog team with a briefing on the confirmed meeting attendees, their reason for taking the discovery call, and any needs you may have learned through your active listening. If the discovery call goes well, the prospect will communicate needs that match our ICP, and the Hedgehog team will communicate a value proposition that meets their needs. You will be measured on the number and quality of discovery calls that you book.
Discovery calls typically result in next steps. You will document the next steps in Hubspot, email a meeting summary that states the next steps, then follow up with the prospect and the Hedgehog team until the steps are complete. Steps will typical consist of signing up for the Hedgehog Design Partner Program, downloading Hedgehog software, successfully completing the Hedgehog virtual lab exercises, and successfully running Hedgehog on certified devices. You will be measured on the number of new Design Partners, number of software downloads, and number of deals created.
