This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for Senior Commissions Analyst.

The Sales Operations Team at RingCentral will empower the Sales organization with business knowledge and analysis, and process optimization. You will collaborate with Sales, Crediting, Compensation, and other teams to deliver and contribute strategic solutions designed to support Sales processes and operations. 

The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, enjoys working as part of a team, can successfully multitask, and thrives on being successful in fast-paced environments. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a confident presence, excellent logical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position entails meeting multiple deadlines, thus stellar time management and prioritization is a must. 

 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in: 

  • 5 years of relevant work experience in the same field is required for this position. 

  • at least one of these technologies: Salesforce, Xactly; a strong user of MS Office, especially Excel. 

  • driving continuous improvement with a track record of achieving results. 

  • demonstrating ability to work as a team player and enjoys collaboration, and can also work independently with minimal supervision. 

  • Demonstrating ability to work with attention to detail and excellence in troubleshooting and analysis skills. 

  • identifying opportunities for process improvement 

  • being naturally inquisitive and being committed to continuous learning improvement. 

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of BS Management Engineering, BS Management, Applied Mathematics with Specialization in Mathematical Finance, BS Industrial Engineering, BS Management or other similar/related courses

  • Amenable to work on night shift with a hybrid set-up
