Job description

The Educational Equality Institute, an NGO based in Norway committed to educating and thereby empowering disadvantaged girls.

In response to the war in Ukraine, we started the project: “Together for Ukraine”.

Free educational programs where we, together with our partners, will help 100.000 Ukrainians shape their future through education, upskilling, and employment.

We are looking for dynamic individuals to facilitate webinars as part of our digital skills training programs. As a Digital Skills Webinar Facilitator, you will conduct live sessions, sharing knowledge and skills in various digital and tech domains that you are comfortable with and knowledgeable about.

Role Scope

  • Plan and conduct live webinars on various digital skills topics you are proficient in (e.g., data analysis, programming, machine learning, data visualization, SQL, Python, etc.).
  • Engage with participants, encouraging interaction and discussion.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for webinars.
  • Provide follow-up resources and support to webinar attendees.

Requirements

  • Experience in public speaking, teaching, or webinar facilitation, particularly in digital and tech skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and informative presentations.
  • Proficient with webinar platforms and technology.
  • Passion for education and empowering disadvantaged communities.
  • Fluency in English.
