What are we looking for?
ADC Eastern Europe is looking for a L2 Technical Support Analyst ready to take on the challenge & be part of our Support Services team!
Your main responsibilities:
• Ensure technical support for customer’s applications/tools
• Solve customer issues (access/tools) through ticket analysis
• Constantly update customer’s database
• Maintain contact with customers/users, providing responses when needed and ensuring documentation of any investigation and follow-up
• Diagnosis using case standards and application documents
• Support the deployment and promotion of the applications/tools
