About The Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of NetCom Learning. This key leadership role involves managing the Training Delivery division, supporting the growth and development of the Talents for Hire division, and enhancing the effectiveness of the Career Services Division. The incumbent will be tasked with creating and executing strategic initiatives, fostering operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery Management:

Supervise and support the Training Delivery division to ensure effective coordination and execution of training programs.

Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to maintain high-quality training content and delivery methodologies.

Monitor training performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance the learning experience.

Talents For Hire Division Development

Drive the growth and development of the Talents for Hire division, which focuses on connecting skilled professionals with IT industry employers.

Identify opportunities to expand the division's reach and increase its market presence.

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify potential candidates and match them with suitable job opportunities.

Career Services Division Enhancement

Partner with the Career Services Division to improve the effectiveness of career counseling and placement services for NetCom Learning's students.

Develop strategies to build strong relationships with potential employers and promote the hiring of NetCom Learning's certified professionals.

Track placement success rates and devise strategies to increase the employability of students.

Operational Efficiency And Process Improvement

Implement efficient operational processes to enhance overall organizational productivity.

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.

Develop and implement training programs for staff members to ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning And Execution

Collaborate with the Training Director and other key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization's objectives.

Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership And Development

Lead a team of operations and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance for their professional growth and career advancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in Training Delivery, Operations, or a similar role within the IT industry.
