Job description

Work Type: Work from Home (Full-Time)
Working Days:6 days per week (Monday to Saturday - with even Saturdays off )
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Research prospective B2B accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, and company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Generating new leads, converting them, and generating revenue for the business
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and sales team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients by framing creative content, ideas, and strategies
  • Contact potential clients through video/ voice calls, messages, and emails
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Become a subject matter expert on business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
  • Aiming to meet and exceed the sales target

Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any field
  • Min 1 year of proven work experience in Sales/ Business Development or a similar role
  • Preference will be given to candidates with SAAS backgrounds. 
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B or enterprise sales. 
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (Cold Calling, Lead Generation, End to End Sales, Market Research, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Proficient in MS Office, G Suite, and sales-specific CRM Software
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
