  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Managing the social media platforms of the organization, including scheduling posts and creating brand awareness
  • Overseeing social media teamwork and staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends
  • Monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance using relevant tools

Candidate Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree or MBA with HR & Marketing specialization, or relevant industry experience. Additionally, 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or Marketing is preferred.
