Job Description
Our Energy and Industrial Automation (E&IA) Sales Executive will be focused on leading UL’s new accounts development as well as strengthening the relationship with our existing accounts from Energy sectors (e.g. global and local manufacturers producing Inverters / Converters, EV Charges, Batteries, Energy Storage Systems, Transformers, Solar trackers, etc.), within an established geographic territory.

Responsibilities
- Identifies and pursues prospects through various lead generated activities, including: tradeshows, direct mailing, advertising, cold-calling, on key industry players and referral program.
- Connects with customers Face-to-Face and remotely (video, phone, email) to discuss customers' needs, provide solutions and sell UL's services.
- Drives sales process from beginning to end with support from Sales Support Specialists and Inside Sales Executives when/if necessary.
- Supports discovery, opportunity identification, proposals, and closing for sales of core UL products and services.
- Leverages technical support (engineers) when customer has a qualified need.
- Meets with new logo prospects from inbound and outbound channels to qualify their needs, understand decision makers, and land new customers.
- Maintains strong relationship with existing customers to ensure renewal of services where applicable and spots opportunities to sell specialty product / services.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated working experience (2-3 years) in sales with strong account management capability.
- Proven ability to manage and sell complex solutions/products into diverse accounts, both individually and with the assistance of supporting personnel.
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English (B2-C1) is a must. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is highly desirable.
- Electrical background (Degree or Technical School diploma) with technical knowledge of Inverters / Converters, EV Charges, Batteries, Energy Storage Systems, Transformers etc., is not a must but would be a strong asset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools would be a plus.
- Team player who enjoys healthy competition and leading by example.
- Customer-oriented person who likes traveling and being active.
- Available to travel to customer sides.
- Located in Spain (preferably: Bilbao, Pamplona or Madrid).
