Responsibilities

Develop the server-side logic of the app using the chosen back-end language and framework.

Build secure and scalable APIs to handle data exchange between the app and Shopify's platform.

Implement business logic and data processing functionalities for the app

Integrate with relevant Shopify APIS (REST or GraphQL) to leverage Shopify functionalities.

Design and manage the app's database schema using Postres and/or NOSQL.

Write unit and integration tests for the back-end code.

Work collaboratively with the Front-End Developer to ensure smooth integration and data flow between front-end and back-end components.

Deploy and maintain the app on a cloud platform (AWS preferred).

Create and document all the technical details including and not limited to framework, deployment, code details

Requirements (Should be familiar with AWS Devops)

2+ years of experience in back-end development (Node.js preferred).

Strong understanding of back-end development concepts (APIs, databases, security)

Experience building APls and integrating with third-party systems.

Experience with database management (MySQL preferred).

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent app deployment experience (AWS Preferred)

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
