We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as job boards, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Conduct evaluations, analyze candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, providing an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers to keep them informed and engaged.
- Implement creative and effective employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit to align with Entobase’s values.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external partners.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate and company information.
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruiting and selection.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and obstacles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (optional).
