We are looking for an Sales Manager to join our team. This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential e-commerce clients and partners for our suite of e-commerce solutions, including payment gateways, shopping cart integrations, and custom e-commerce development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce decision-makers, managers, and key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Present and educate clients and partners on the value and benefits of Entobase’s e-commerce solutions, demonstrating how they can enhance the online shopping experience and boost profitability.
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure a seamless integration of our e-commerce solutions into clients’ online platforms and systems.
- Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding process, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively implement our e-commerce solutions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our e-commerce solutions within our client portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay informed about e-commerce industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, enabling you to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the e-commerce industry.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and tools.
- Strong project management skills, allowing you to coordinate and implement e-commerce solution deployments and promotional campaigns.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to identify and leverage emerging e-commerce trends.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and IT.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, whether working independently or as part of a team.
