Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional

Description:
  • Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Modules with experience in configuring all core HR configurations
  • Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
  • Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration Geography Loads Geography Structures
  • Experience in customization (DFF and EFF) customization of reports defining concurrent programs defining value sets defining form functions and functional setups.
  • Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
  • Expertise in development implementation and customization of Workflows HCM Experience design studio Page Composer Application Composer
  • Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
  • Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages.
