The RoleThis is an exciting time of growth for us, and we need a Regional New Business Manager to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.As Regional New Business Manager, you will contribute to the company objectives through business development by generating new business opportunities and developing propositions that meet brokers’ and customers’ needs and deliver good customer outcomes, specialising in the tax arena.In this rewarding role, you will create and nurture long-term mutually beneficial relationships with partners.You will work with Heads of National Accounts, National Account Managers and Account Managers within the Sales IPF team and relevant Operations teams and Finance to share accurate knowledge of all prospect accounts.

You will also:-Monitor and evaluate industry trends and partner / customer drivers-Identify target businesses, including key decision makers and influencers.-Visit prospects and build beneficial relationships with prospective partners to assist in generating new business-Develop and implement strategies to enhance new business rates and revenue generation in your assigned accounts-Establish and maintain relationships with Network BDM’s to drive new account conversions.- Support the relationship during on-boarding of new partners through to launch, ensuring a seamless customer focussed journey-Understand partner`s data requirements at prospect stage including the provision of suitable MI packs-Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts in an ethical and proper manner-Remain aware and informed of regulatory changes, ensuring these are applied appropriately in order to maintain the claims service for the partner
