This is a remote position.

Data Engineer I/II/III: ensuring quality data.

Carlsbad, CA (Remote work possible)

Direct-hire. US Citizen/Green Card only

Data Engineer I 40-46/hr

Data Engineer II 46-52/hr

Data Engineer II 100-110k/yr

This position requires a US Citizen or Green Card Holder only and is a direct hire position. No third-party candidates will be considered.

Role Overview

As a Data Engineer, you play a pivotal role in shaping the data landscape within our organization. Your work revolves around designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that enables data storage, processing, and analysis. By creating robust data pipelines and architecting solutions, you empower data analysts to extract valuable insights and drive informed business decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a keen eye for data quality are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, build, and maintain scalable data processing systems.

· Assist executives, operations teams, and revenue cycle teams with data-related technical issues. Your expertise ensures that data remains accessible and reliable.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

· Create structures that support data storage, manipulation, and retrieval, empowering our data analysts to derive meaningful insights.

· Assemble large, complex data sets is part of your daily routine.

· Implement data models and databases. Create structures that support data storage, manipulation, and retrieval.

· Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, such as automating manual tasks, optimizing data delivery, or rethinking infrastructure.

· Maintain data quality and integrity is non-negotiable. You support robust data validation and cleansing processes.

· You collaborate with data and analytics experts. Together, you strive for greater functionality in our data systems.

· Stay current with the latest tools and concepts.


Requirements

Qualifications

This position requires a US Citizen or Green Card Holder only and is a direct hire position. No third-party candidates will be considered. No EAD. No OPT. 

Data Engineer I = 3 years of experience; Data Engineer II = 5-8 years of experience. Data Enigneer III 9+ years in data engineering or a comparable role, you bring a wealth of expertise, including a BS or equivalent.

· Proven SQL and relational databases expertise.

· You’ve built and optimized data pipelines.

· Data warehousing and ETL tool experience.

· Excellent proven communication skills.

· Highly organized and detail oriented.

· Able to juggle multiple priorities.

· Proven teamwork experience
