**Senior IT Cloud Engineer Role - Customer-focused Team**

Our client, a dynamic IT solutions provider, is currently seeking a Senior IT Cloud Engineer. In this role, you will be a part of a dedicated customer team, assisting with complex IT queries, incident resolution, and requests for modifications. Responsibilities also include managing the Microsoft (Office) 365 environment, platform management, firewalls, and connections.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Managing Microsoft (Office) 365 environment and platform.

- Troubleshooting for customers and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

- Optimizing management processes and prioritizing problems effectively.

**Ideal Candidate**

- Minimum 5 years of operational experience in the IT sector.

- Proficiency in Microsoft (Office) 365, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and remote tooling.

- ITIL and Microsoft certified, other relevant certifications are welcome.

- Fluent in Dutch; proficiency in English is an asset.

- Excellent team player with the ability to make independent decisions.

- Customer-focused and open to giving and receiving feedback.
