Our client provides a comprehensive ticketing system, making event ticket selling an easy and quick process for organizers. Emphasizing automation, innovation, and service, their client portfolio includes significant events and clubs throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Germany, and Turkey. Currently, they are extending their focus to France and Ireland.
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering relationships with new clients in Belgium. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, working intimately to understand their ticketing needs and challenges, and showcasing how our client's solutions can effectively meet those needs.
Future Development
The company continually evolves its ticketing system and is developing an open API that enables external development of integrations with their platform. This feature allows users to directly connect their favorite tools, such as MailChimp or Slack.
Qualifications
Required:
- Fluency in Dutch
- Sales experience
- Proficiency in English
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the ticketing industry
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging with potential customers to build a sales pipeline from initial demonstration to final onboarding
- Negotiating and closing contracts using streamlined tools such as Pandadoc
- Facilitating a seamless transition of customers to the customer success team, documenting all relevant information in Hubspot
- Regularly checking in with customers and leading contract renewal negotiations as required
