About the Job:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, order processing, and troubleshooting.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
