Job description

Job Summary:
Globe Life American Income SSPS is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time role that is remote based, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for driving new business and maintaining relationships with current clients. This is an individual contributor role, providing the opportunity for growth and success within the company.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Outside Sales Rep will make a competitive income ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and performance. In addition, our company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base by identifying potential customers and reaching out via phone, email, and zoom meetings
- Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to effectively present and sell our products and services to clients
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide customized solutions to meet client's specific needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market changes to adjust sales approaches and strategies accordingly
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive company revenue

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
