About the role
Our Risk team sits at the very core of Revolut. Those special agents work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing. People in the Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from App Technology, through Treasury and Finance, to Customer Support 💫
Our focus lies on models built in dedicated programming environments, such as Python, and potentially complex calculation tools built in End-User Computing (“EUC”) environments. These models and tools can have significant implications for business decision-making, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
We're looking for an End-User Computing Risk Manager who thrives on analysing data and applying both quantitative and qualitative techniques. This role is perfect for those who excel in areas such as long-term forecasting, fraud detection, and credit risk assessment, and who are eager to employ their skills in evaluating and enhancing model and End-User Computing (EUC) tools.
We need a dynamic individual who isn't just content with existing processes but is driven to elevate them and challenge the status quo. This is your chance to be at the leading edge of model risk management, focusing particularly on the intricacies of EUC environments.

Actively engaging with senior management to elevate their understanding of model-related risks, assumptions, limitations, and outputs
Utilising multi-channel distribution tools to provide clear, concise, and impactful communications on model risk insights and recommendations
What you'll need
3+ years of experience in reviewing, developing, or managing EUC tools related to Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, Capital Risk, Finance & Treasury, Financial Crime, or Data Science models
