Aerospace Design Engineer at Alten

ALTEN Delivery Center Eastern Europe (ADC Eastern Europe) is part of ALTEN Group’s offshore delivery centers network, together with centers from other regions such as Morocco, India, Mexico, and Spain.

At the moment, ADC Eastern Europe has 400 employees, three sites (Iasi, Bucharest and Gliwice) and offers engineering and IT consulting services for international clients from the automotive, aero, energetic, finance or life sciences sectors. Our team focuses on cultivating a feeling of belonging to a technical environment based on creativity and constant innovation.

We are now strengthening our team and we`re looking for a dynamic and motivated Aerospace Design Engineer. You will have the chance to participate at different levels in the design and development of solutions for aircraft projects that use specific infrastructure (HW, SW, PDM).

Your key responsibilities:

• Design of complex aeronautical structures;
• Designing the installation of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems in the aircraft structure;
• Ensuring the quality control process in the design of aircraft structures and systems;
• Completion of instruction sheets for the installation of auxiliary structures and systems;
• Ensuring the configuration control process.

Required skills:

• Studies completed in the aeronautical field (bachelor’s degree);
• Medium or advanced English level (written and spoken);
• Professional experience in a similar position 
• General knowledge of aeronautical structure;
• Work experience with CATIA V5; 3D Experience
• Experience working with MS Office;
• Experience in using software solutions specific to PLM tools;
• Knowledge of 2D complex drawing realization
