Your missions

BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Marketing. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales team. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and senior management, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. This is a strategic role that requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the computer software industry, and the ability to drive impactful marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to support business objectives and drive brand awareness
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential areas of growth
  • Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling messaging and content that effectively communicates our value proposition
  • Manage the company's website and digital presence, ensuring it is up-to-date, optimized for search engines, and aligned with marketing objectives
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve marketing goals
  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to ensure the adoption of innovative strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Computer Software industry experience in a MUST
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovative marketing initiatives
