Head of Finance (m/f/d), Germany & Italy

This is a remote position.

• In your role as Head of Finance (m/f/d) and part of the management team, you act as the direct contact / Co-Pilot for the managing director and are fully responsible for the area in Germany and for the Italian subsidary.
  
  
• You act as a contact person for external tax advisors, banks and other stakeholders.
  
  
• Support in contract negotiations in financial matters and preparation of figures as a qualitative basis for decision-making for projects.
  
  
• You design processes and structures in the financial sector in such a way that further company growth is ensured in the long term.
  
  
• You keep the 5 years plan always in mind while you work with the relevant stakeholders in the company.
  
  
• As an expert in your field, you implement meaningful (project) controlling and also take operational responsibility for it.
  
  
• You take over the power of attorney as deputy of the CEO.
  
  
• You speak German & English fluently, Italian is nice to have
  
  
• You are responsible(and you will have procura) for the German company as well as for an Italian subsidary

Requirements

• You have a business education (FH/University) with a focus on accounting and controlling.
  
  
• You can already look back on at least 5 years of experience, ideally with initial management tasks.
  
  
• Expertise in tax issues.
  
  
• Experience in compliance issues
  
  
• Forecast & planning
  
  
• You might have experience in the production industry and in working with subsidiaries
  
  
• In general, you are driven by challenges and your way of working is characterized by a solution-oriented and proactive approach 
  
  
• You speak excellent German and English, Italian is nice to have
  
  
• Dynamic and empathetic personality with the necessary sensitivity and a hands-on mentality.
