Your missions

Assignment Description:

  • Role: SME HR Authorisation
  • Location: Amsterdam
  • Hours per week: 40

What will you do?
In this role you will act as the subject matter expert in your specialist area, being the go-to person for all Role Based Permission topics. And you will possess a deep understanding of relevant processes, particularly those related to Organization Design and Role-Based Permissions. Administrative experts all incoming requests in terms of role-based permissions and closely monitor implementation.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Administrate all incoming requests in terms of Role Based Permissions and closely monitor implementation
Collect requirements from Business, invest possibilities to improve roles, and stay in close alignment with other PM, SPM, and SMS to secure the right RBP setup
Ability to transfer business process requirements into IT system requirements
Good knowledge about the Vattenfall IT system landscape in the field of P&C View and acting on quarterly
View and act on quarterly audit reports and initiate access revoking where needed, following agreed checkpoints
Track and drive continuous improvements, and change requests and inform Workers' Councils / Unions where needed.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Relevant stakeholder management experience
Has experience in a Payroll and Administration/ Roll Based Permission environment
Ability to monitor relevant role-based permissions issues
Expert knowledge of (international) Roll Based Permission processes
Profound IT skills in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, MS Office
Experience in (international) project management Fluent in the English language
