About the Job:
As a CPA working remotely, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial management for our client. Your responsibilities will include managing owner accounts, coordinating with residential owners and their residents/customers, and preparing monthly and year-end statements using Appfolio software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Appfolio software to coordinate with residential owners and their residents/customers.
- Prepare and manage owner accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Generate monthly and year-end statements for owners.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Appfolio software or willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Schedule:
- Work on shift from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST during US business hours.
