Job description

We are looking for a Travel Consultant with German for a Shared Service. Join a highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistent communication with customers via telephone and email on a daily basis.
  • Providing travel consultation using the system.
  • Supporting travelers in navigating unforeseen travel challenges.
  • Handling post-sales customer inquiries, including cancellations and complaints.
  • Implementing enhancements to streamline processes.
  • Working hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 18:00 (on rotation basis, available to start both at 8:00 at 10:00 am)

 

Qualifications for Success:

  • Proficient in customer service with hands-on experience. (min 1 year)
  • Advanced proficiency in German (C1 level).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level).
