The main purpose of the role is to understand and analyse guidelines as well as providing insights to enhance AI performance for the client. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write German and English fluently.
🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must.
👂🏻 Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise, listen attentively, and respond effectively to customer needs.
💻 Basic understanding of computer handling. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
