As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a contractual basis.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and maintain our Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, with expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce to support business processes. This is a contractual role with an immediate start, and the candidate is expected to join within a week.
Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business requirements.
- Configure workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, and approval processes to automate business processes.
2. User Management:
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce.
3. Data Management:
- Import and export data using data loader and other Salesforce data migration tools.
- Perform data cleanup, deduplication, and maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
4. Integration and AppExchange Management:
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Manage installed packages and AppExchange applications, and evaluate new applications for potential adoption.
5. System Maintenance and Security:
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks such as backup and restore, sandbox refresh, and platform upgrades.
- Implement and enforce security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and business metrics.
- Customize reports and dashboards based on user requirements.
Technical Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-15 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) certification is required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Salesforce Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics, or other Salesforce add-on products is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
