This role presents a unique opportunity to be the first leader in the U.S. market, responsible for shaping the company's future in the region. The General Manager will oversee product promotion and operations in the U.S., as well as manage and expand a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the company's U.S. operations, focusing on both online and offline sales and operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive B2B2C market expansion and increase market share in the U.S.
  • Oversee the brand's operations in the U.S. market, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Manage the overall financial performance of the U.S. operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related fields within the technology or desktop laser cutting and engraving equipment industry.
  • Relevant background in technical education such as physics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or working experience in related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Experience in managing both online and offline sales and operations is preferred.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or above
  • 7+ years of working experience in a relevant field, with a track record of success in sales, marketing, business development, or related areas.
  • Prior experience in a managerial role, with demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for technology and a deep understanding of the desktop laser cutting and engraving equipment industry.
  • Successful experience driving business growth in the U.S. market or a specific region is a plus.
  • Experience managing both online and offline sales and operations is a plus.
