Due to our rapid growth and expansion in the United States , we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to take care of the customer care processes in the region.

Key Responsibilities:📞 Providing comprehensive service and maintaining constant contact with US clients🤝 Building lasting business relationships and catering to clients’ needs🌐 Daily collaboration with the Customer Service department at headquarters and other departments in the EMEA region🔍 Conducting initial analysis of technical and delivery options for clients🔧 Proactively following up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution📈 Supporting sales representatives in their daily tasks💻 Managing all customer data in the CRM system🚚 Coordinating the order execution process: payments, reservations, logistics
Desired Qualifications:🌍 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service department within an international environment🗣 Fluency in English (must-have)🌞 Experience in the PV industry is desirable💼 High independence at work🔍 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills🏡 Place of residence - US (must-have)
