    About the Company:

    The company you will be working for is a global leader in customer service experience, and no matter where you work in the company, you will be part of the family. Our client employs around half a million workers across Europe, with three different offices in Athens. They provide customer service for some of the biggest brands in the world, such as Netflix, Audi, Google Ads, and Microsoft. We are looking for individuals with experience in customer service and handling customers in various contexts. You will receive comprehensive training in product knowledge, customer service, and technology during your first four weeks. After this period, you will be answering questions and addressing the concerns of customers via phone, email, and chat.

     

    The job:

    Working in customer support first of all means that you are the first point of contact between the German speaking customers. Therefore, you will be representing Netflix as a company and providing professional technical support with whatever inquiries they have - everything from payment issues, launching of new series, forgotten passwords, error messages, and account sharing. Therefore, it is important that you are a problem-solving individual with a positive attitude. You will receive the necessary training before you start handling customers!

    Your daily work will include tasks like these:

      • Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues
      • Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper procedures
      • Build a meaningful relationship, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
      • Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
      • Create a great customer experience that people value and we are proud of
      • Be responsible for following the direction of the management and providing feedback

       

      Your qualifications:

      💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

      🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must.

      💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

          💪🏻 You have a desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver.

            🥇 Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening skills. You have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
