About

Our client is looking for an experienced paid ADS specialist to join their growing marketing team. This role is best suited to a candidate with a track record of delivering ROI on paid search campaigns in ultra-competitive niches. As well as being a salaried position, there is a generous profit-sharing element tied to the role.

The role can be fully remote or based in Malta!!

Your Responsibilities

  • Setup and maintenance of ad campaigns
  • Management of 6-7 figure monthly ad budget
  • Collaboration with commercial team for partner and deal optimisation
  • Tracking and reporting on main KPIs
  • Campaign management across multiple platforms, including Microsoft Ads and Google Ads
  • Providing briefs for design and tech teams based on project requirements
  • Experience with FB ads and programmatic platforms a plus, but not a prerequisite
  • Hiring and management of other team members

Skills & Interests

  • At least 2 years experience in a PPC account management role
  • Google Ads
  • Microsoft Ads
  • Custom tracking solutions and dynamic variables
  • Google Analytics 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ experience on other paid social channels, like Snapchat and Twitter
  • 2+ experience in using Facebook Ads for direct response paid campaigns preferably on B2C campaigns.
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Experience working within a betting or casino business
