Strong understanding of business requirements and providing solution recommendations including ability to drive governance forums with design decision driven process.
Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR/PY and SAP CATS (Cross Application Timesheet) is mandatory. The candidate will be the expert using own experience to analyse business processes and to develop the overarching solution design and architecture patterns for the end-to-end time management process that takes the Timesheet (CATS in S/4 HANA), SuccessFactors and outsourced payroll provider solutions into consideration.
Documentingend to end solutions and architecture models including ability to manage external vendors for successful delivery and design driven decisions.
Coordinate planning and delivery of changes in the system in alignment with business and IT, operating across organisational and technology teams to drive common. approaches, delivering sustainable, agile, and re-usable solutions.
Engaging and managementof key stakeholders and customers including regular progress reporting to senior steerco members through change boards and design forums.
Ability to work independently and drive third-party vendors to successful delivery of SF enhancements and other initiatives.
Work together with the selected Implementation Partner on the future end-to-end solution design and validate solution proposals, their feasibility including pros and cons.
Ability to identify areas of improvements in the solution through leading practices to enable a strong foundation for future releases and in alignment with SAPs roadmap.
Review of detailed solution proposals from Implementation partners together with IT HR and HR Business Architects and steer and ensure that the detailed design is aligned with overall solution architecture and principles.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven and demonstrable SAP HR and SuccessFactors Solution Architect with 7+ Global full lifecycle implementations with proven solution design and configuration of:
SAP HCM ERP 6.0 Time Management (e.g., rules, schemas, time evaluation, quota, and time info type configuration)
SAP CATS Timesheet configuration in SAP ERP 6.0 or ideally S/4 HANA with good understanding of end user frontends (SAP Enterprise Portal & Fiori)
SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Tracking with focus on Time Evaluation rules and associated Role Based Permission concept. Extensive exposure to SAP ERP 6.0 HCM modules such as PA/OM including integration of SAP ERP 6.0 HCM with SuccessFactors using middleware’s such SAP CPI.
Extensive exposure to SuccessFactors Employee Central
Strong knowledge of modern integration tools and API architecture models using SAP Business Technology Platform and exposure to system integrations between SuccessFactors and Payroll Service Provider Solutions
Passion to drive innovations leveraging automations/capabilities in SuccessFactors and wider landscape to improve the efficiency of the process.
Good understanding on SAP HCM/SuccessFactors partner ecosystem including 3rd party apps to drive innovations.
Certifications:
Associate Certified in SAP HCMwith ERP 6.0 (must have)
SF Employee Central and Time Management Associate Certified (must have),professional certification is a plus.
SF EC Payroll Associate Certified (nice to have)
SAP CPI or other certifications in BTP Platform (nice to have)
