As an Associate Deployment Communications , you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Deployment Communications & Change Management team reporting to the Senior Manager Deployment Communications Operating, you will support projects including hotel terminations, move/add/change requests, and hardware refresh.

How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. **

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like**

  • Facilitate IT-related termination tasks for hotels
  • Work with hotels to help add or replace current keylock interface hardware or other property management system hardware
  • Utilize different reporting, database, and contracting tools to complete projects

How You Will Collaborate With Others

  • Interact with hotel points of contact, hotel owners, Hilton, Network Security, Network Engineering and different vendor partners
  • Lead multi-functional team calls

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

  • Coordinate hotel termination activities and assist with move/add/change requests to support Hilton family hotels

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

  • Direct hands-on experience with hospitality IT systems or support
  • Understanding of Technology terminology basics (software/hardware)
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft productivity tools to track tasks and/or project-related items
  • Travel up to 5%

It Would Be Useful If You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Three (3) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • One (1) year experience in hotel operations
  • Familiar with circuit and hardware terminology
  • Familiar with Hilton Support ticketing system
