Job Description:
Are you an experienced and highly motivated Healthcare Recruiter based in India with a proven track record of sourcing and placing Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals in the United States? If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry and have a strong background in resume sourcing, interviewing, and networking, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for Registered Nurses, LPNs, CNAs, Physicians and other healthcare/hospital positions in the United States.
Utilize various sourcing and headhunting techniques, with a focus on X-ray sourcing and headhunting, to identify and engage top-tier healthcare candidates.
Maintain and continuously expand a robust healthcare candidate database, particularly focused on US-based candidates.
Source candidates with less dependency on job boards and traditional sourcing methods.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with the US-based hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to healthcare staffing in the United States.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a strong emphasis on Registered Nurse placements in the United States.
Proficiency in X-ray sourcing and other advanced sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
A deep understanding of the US healthcare industry and healthcare roles.
Strong candidate database management skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Experience in headhunting and direct sourcing strategies.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations in the United States is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
