We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Head / Sales Head to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for spearheading our business development or sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales or business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
Identify and qualify new leads, build relationships, and convert them into paying customers.
Manage the entire sales or business development cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Lead and motivate a high-performing team (if applicable).
Oversee the sales or business development budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand our reach and market share.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar B2B sales or business development role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the sales or business development process.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficient in CRM and other sales tools.
Experience working remotely a plus.
