Tech Recruiter (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Tech Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our recruiting team. This is a full-time position, which can be carried out completely remote within Germany or at one of our locations in Germany.

Your Tasks

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and beyond, including providing timely feedback and updates.

• Develop innovative strategies for candidate sourcing and attraction, continuously enhancing our recruitment approach.

• Conduct interviews with a focus on scaling the tech departments and securing the best talent for our organization.

Your profile

• Possess about 2 years of professional experience in technical recruitment, with a strong background in international recruiting in addition to agency and/or in-house settings.

• Demonstrate a strong track record in IT recruiting, with a deep understanding of software development, IT operations, and infrastructure roles.

• Comfortable working in a KPI-oriented environment, with a focus on optimizing recruitment outcomes.

• Strong interest in IT and technical topics, complemented by a relevant degree qualification.

• Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus, along with a high level of empathy and a personable demeanor.
